You can prepare a collaboration brief without sending it. Its temporary draft stays in this tab when you return or switch languages until you clear it or the tab session ends. This website uses no analytics or tracking cookies.
When you send an enquiry
If delivery is available and you consent, your brief, optional name and reply email go to the website server and through Resend to a private recipient managing collaboration enquiries. You are not subscribed to the newsletter. The application does not store the message body in its database. Email copies remain with the provider and recipient according to their settings.
Email signup
Signup is optional and separate. Your email, language, consent time and consent text version are stored in a private server database. A subscription becomes active only when you press the confirmation button through the emailed link. Confirmation links and unconfirmed requests expire after 24 hours and are removed in the next cleanup cycle within an hour.
Cancellation and retention
Use the unsubscribe link in the confirmation email. The subscription record and email are removed; an irreversible email fingerprint is retained for up to a year to prevent accidental re-addition. Confirmed subscriptions remain until cancellation or a deletion request. The website currently includes no bulk newsletter sender.
Service protection
The server keeps request fingerprints for two days to prevent duplicate sending, and temporary usage counters for up to one day. The application does not store raw IP addresses. Hosting infrastructure may keep technical logs according to its deployment configuration. Confirmation and unsubscribe tokens are stored as hashes.
Contact and external links
For data access or deletion requests, contact @eissa.ameen on Instagram without posting personal information in a public comment. Instagram’s policy applies to its links. Resend may process sending data in the account region, which must be reviewed before activation.
